David has worked in the Isle of Man property market since 2008, earning his NFOPP Level 5 Diploma in Residential Estate Agency in 2012, something he’s genuinely proud of. With 15+ years’ experience, he knows what clients value most: honesty, care and clear communication.

Koops & Co was founded by David and his family to bring a fresh, people-first approach to estate agency. He’s the approachable face of the business, combining local knowledge with genuine care to make every client feel heard, supported and confident.

With more than 30 years rooted on the Island, David’s love for the community runs deep. He and Kat are proud parents of twins, and when they’re not working, they’re usually chasing after their French lop rabbits or planning their next family adventure.

What ‘Home’ means to me:
Home is where the shoes come off, the roast goes in and the football is always on the telly. It’s noisy, chaotic, and full of laughter (thanks to the kids), but somehow it’s still the best place to be.

Favourite spot on the Isle of Man:
Fenella Beach. A place I love to escape to, paddling in the sea with the kids and sharing fish & chips on the sand has become one of our favourite family traditions.

Favourite travel destination:
New York. An incredible city that somehow feels both electric and familiar – like home, but with more skyscrapers and fewer rabbits.
